The ALL ABOUT BACK AND NECK PAIN Web site is easy to navigate and has a nice "Symptom Analyzer" and "Find a Specialist" sections. It is owned by DuPay Spine, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.

 

The UNITED STATES BACK PAIN CLINICAL TRIALS site has a wide variety of new treatment options for those who need someting beyond the ordinary and can meet the qualifications. The site is operated by the National Institues of Health.

 

The DISCOVERY (CHANNEL) HEALTH Wonderful, easy to use site with unusual topics such as; failed back syndrome, radiofrequency and fiber optics. Take a trip to their main Pain Managment section for even more. This is a commercial site, but one of the nicer ones.

 

At the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS AND STROKE don't let the long official sounding title scare you, this is a site that everyone with back pain should visit. This one gives you all the basics and tells you about ongoing back pain treatment research.
